Statham
The City of Statham, incorporated in 1892, has a rich and colorful history and an exciting future. Statham is fortunate to have adequate water supply and sewer capacity for future growth. Statham has two industrial parks with room for expansion. There is one tract of 110 acres currently available for business and industry, as well as several small tracts of at least 25 acres each.
Statham is known for quality of life and recreational amenities, and is home to The Georgia Club, a master-planned community with an award winning golf course. Public parks feature baseball fields miles of walking trails through a wooded conservation area.
